Creature in the page
Blake Nelson gets his ideas from his head and peoples art. He writes books that are humorous, serious, fun, and out of the world. He has a dream where he is walking through the woods in the afternoon and sees a shadow in the distance that looks like a deformed animal or human. The deformed object is staring right at him. Blake can see a tail and ears, but not the rest of the body. He blinks his eyes a couple of times to make sure hes not hallucinating. The object is still there, but is walking towards him fast. He turns around and starts running as fast as possible to get away from the object. The deformed object starts catching up to him and says to him Why are you running from me? I just want to tell you something crucially important before you wake up. Blake trips over a branch and hits his head on the tree in front of him and gets knocked out. Nelson wakes up and realizes it was all a dream, but isnt sure if what he heard was true. He just sits in his bed and thinks for a second and figures it all out. Its just a dream and isnt supposed to mean anything. Blake gets out of his bed and turns on the news. The news is broadcasting a segment about animals and scientists who are experimenting on them to see if they can combine animals and humans together. Wow I guess thats what my dream is trying to warn me about! But what does this mean! Am I supposed to do something about it? Hmmm Nah, I should just turn off the news and get writing the new book, but what should the book be about? Nelson goes to the bathroom to wash his face and get cooled off. He gets a wash cloth and goes to the sink; he looks at the mirror. He sees a creature that looks like the one that was in the dream he had a few minutes ago. Blake starts touching his face to see if its what he sees in the mirror. When he feels his face, he notices that his hands are like animal paws. Blake stares at the paws that used to be human hands. He starts to examine the rest of his body and wonders if he is still in a dream because it all seems so real. Nelsons body looks like its covered in silky smooth light gray fur and his cat paws have white on the outside. His ears are dark gray on the tips. He has a bushy dark gray tail with a light gray tip. Theres an idea
I should write a book about what just happened to me, but its going to be some college guys at an amazing party that has a science experiment. The phone rings and its his editor. Blake says in his head Oh great what should I do? Oh well, Ill answer it. He answers his phone and hears his editor ask:
Editor: Do you have an idea for your new book yet?
Blake: Yes, its a very awesome idea! Its about what happened to me today.
At least thats what Blake thought was coming out of his mouth Meow, meow, meow, answered Blake.
The editor interrupts Blake in the middle of him speaking.
Editor: What! A cat on the phone, what the hell is going on
? Blake, answer the phone. I need to talk to you about something important. Blake, are you asleep?!
Frustrated, Blake decides to hang up on him, because he isnt getting through to his editor.
Now evening is upon us so the Anthropomorphism begins again. Maybe Blake has a passion for anthros. We will soon find out! He goes to take a nice, warm, bubble bath, when all of a sudden he is awe struck. He sees one anthro pop out of a soap bubble, and then another one. Before he knows it, there are 10 anthros. Blake is amused at what has just happened. He cant think of what to do. One of the anthros that looked just like him started to say, Dont be scared, we are here to help you understand whats going on and why. We will be leaving after that. The rest of the anthros start to bow to him. Blake is even more confused than ever. He starts to get out of the bathtub. Blake just stands there in akimbo position. He has fur covering all of his body so you cant see anything (thats a good thing); the other anthros didnt have any clothes on either, because they didnt need them. The head of the anthros is a superior being, but will he always stay a superior being? TO BE CONTINUDE>>>>>>>
